We only collect what you choose to send us through a form, phone call, or email, plus basic technical information our website host keeps to run the site.
We use it to give you a quote, plan your move, and answer your questions.
No advertising trackers, no analytics, and no tracking cookies.

Who we are

This website is run by Moe’s Movers (Move with Moe), a moving company based in Houston, Texas (TXDMV # 010005908C, USDOT # 4288855). In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Moe’s Movers.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote or send a message, we receive what you enter. Depending on the form, that can include your name, phone number, email address, the ZIP codes or addresses you’re moving from and to, your move date, the type and size of your home or office, special items, and any notes you add.

Technical information. Like most websites, our host automatically records basic information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. It’s used to keep the site running and secure.

The ZIP code checker works entirely in your browser. The ZIP you type there isn’t sent to us.

How we use it

To prepare your quote and schedule and carry out your move.
To contact you about your quote, your move, or your question.
To keep the website secure and prevent spam.

We don’t send marketing emails or texts unless you ask us to.

We share information only with the services we use to run the website and our business, and only what they need:

Our website host and form service, which deliver the site and your form submissions to us.
Esri, which supplies the map images on our service area map. Like any website that loads an image, it receives your IP address when the map loads.

We may also share information if the law requires it. We never sell or rent your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and messages for as long as we need them to respond to you, complete your move, and keep normal business records. If you’d like your information deleted sooner, just ask.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Call or email us and we’ll take care of it, usually within a few business days.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, such as Google reviews, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for how they handle your information.
